MEDTEC IRELAND 2017
4-5 October 2017
With a substantial growth of 19 percent in visitor numbers and a fully booked exhibiton area Medtec Ireland closed its gates on 5 October 2016.
With this, the B2B tradeshow with the longest tradition in Ireland, was able to confirm its position as independent satelite of Europe’s leading tradeshow of the medical device industry, Medtec Europe in Stuttgart.
This year’s event focused strongly on innovations, support mechanisms for start up companies and on vivid international exchange.
What our attendees say about Medtec Ireland
“Well established forum for industry players to meet suppliers, network and increase learning. Has tended to be seen as a showcase
platform for suppliers to industry (components, services, contract manufacturers etc).
Would be a staple in a wide audience’s diary each year.”
Gail Molloy, Director Global Market Development, Teleflex
“It is a great platform for the Irish Medical Device industry to come together to showcase
new technology and how it is changing healthcare across the world.”
Catherine Diamond, Abbott Ambassador, Abbott Point of Care
“Medtec Ireland serves an important role for the medical technology sector in Ireland. In such a fast paced, ever evolving sector,
the education and networking that Medtec Ireland facilitate, enable GS1 Ireland’s healthcare members to
keep up to date with the latest innovations and regulatory requirments in a local and global context. “
